Terms and Conditions

All parts carry a 30 day warranty, except electrical parts, carburetor, and other parts noted as-is.

 

Engines

Guaranteed not to smoke, knock or use excessive amounts of oil. This warranty does not cover Carburetors, Fuel Injection Components, Fuel Pump, Water Pump, Distributor, Timing Belt,  or any Seals or Gaskets. Only the Block and Head are warrantied everything else is an accessory for your convenience. All engines are sold on an Exchange Basis. Customer is to change oil and filter before installation. Heat Tabs that are installed must not be removed or tampered with as this will void your warranty. This warranty covers engine only and under no circumstances is Budget Auto Salvage responsible for any labor, towing, or any additional cost. If there is a problem withe an Engine leave it in the car and call us.

 

Transmissions

We recommend professional installation of transmissions only. Always Flush Transmission Lines and the Radiator. Replace Filter, Seals, and Pan Gasket. Adjust all Shifter Mechanisms. Use Manufactures suggested Fluid and Fill levels. This warranty covers transmission only and under no circumstances is Budget Auto Salvage responsible for any labor, towing, or any additional cost. If there is a problem withe an Engine leave it in the car and call us.

 

Refunds

All Returns must be accompanied by an invoice. No invoice, No refund. All parts must have our original marking, without our marking no refund or warranty. All parts must be in the same condition it was sold as . The seller has the final discretion. All Refunds have a 35% restocking fee.

 

Deposits

Are good for 2 weeks only. After 2 weeks the deposit is forfeited Deposits on special order parts are non refundable. Special order parts are any parts not in stock at this location. Deposits that do qualify for a refund will be chargeda 35% restocking fee from the total price.

 

Our Policy

Budget Auto Salvage does not sell parts to check your problem. If you break or damage a part your warranty is void. We must be given the opportunity to replace a non-functional part. If you purchase a part from somewhere else we will invoke the restocking fee.
